As a Service Technician you will repair and maintain Trimble products provide technical support for Trimble distribution partners and customers and conduct technical training meetings.

What you will do:

• Complete repairs of Trimble products within established repair times
• Readunderstand and followrepair instructions serviceguidelines and requirements for supporting and servicing Trimble products.
• Attend service training in both formal class room and On the Job bench training environments.
• Clean product to meet cosmetic standardsrequired for customer satisfaction.
• Attendance (Reliable)
• Accountable for documenting part numbers and quantity consumed for repairs.
• Obtain and maintain a less than 1% product repair return rate.
• Achieve established productivity matrices.
• Facilitate instructor-led Technical Training Courses

Skills & Experience Required:

• 2 yr. Technical degree or equivalent experience preferred
• High School Graduate
• Experience with diagnosing and repairing electromechanical devices
• Familiar with basic electronic theory and electronic test equipment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Capable of understanding and following written guidelines and requirements forsupportingandservicingTrimbleproducts.
• Capable of working with limitedsupervision.
• Strong computer skills.
• Experience conducting instructor-led technical training seminars

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
