Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY : The Coordinator reports to the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Cyber Innovation Institute ( OCII ) with a dotted line to the Director of Post Award Services. The role monitors programmatic regulatory and fiscal activities of externally sponsored programs funded by private state and federal agencies to the OCII . The Coordinator will also manage the programmatic fiscal reporting activities related to the payment and billing processes necessary for sponsor guidelines and university policies and procedures on these externally funded programs. Complex analytical duties related to post award services are required. Specific responsibilities include monitoring project administration; payment authorizations; submitting detailed budgets; submitting financial statements to sponsors; oversight of all fiscal aspects of sponsored projects; and preparing and submitting various reports for the university and the external sponsor. The Coordinator also serves as liaison between OCII Post Award Services investigators staff and funding agency representatives in negotiation and interpretation of terms and conditions of awards while performing related tasks as assigned. Essential Functions (Responsibilities): Performs complex analytical duties related to post award services are required. Monitors sponsored project administration including by not limited to reviewing and approving purchases student and employee appointments and invoices to sponsors. Provides oversight of all fiscal aspects of sponsored projects including by not limited to project modification and rebudget requests analysis of budget vs. actual expenditures university cost share obligations and close-out functions. Serves as liaison between university officials principal investigators and staff and funding agency representatives in negotiation and interpretation of terms and conditions of awards. Ensures sponsored projects comply with federal regulations in 2 CFR 200 Uniform Administrative Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. Runs reports and conducts data analysis for ad hoc reporting requests. Performs related responsibilities as required or assigned. Physical Demands
Sedentary Work : Most duties are performed while sitting at a desk using a computer phone and other office equipment. Manual Dexterity : Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers printers copiers and fax machines. Visual Acuity : Required for reading documents working on a computer and reviewing detailed grant proposals and contracts. Hearing and Speaking : Necessary for communicating with stakeholders attending meetings and conducting presentations or trainings. Mobility : May need to move around the office or occasionally travel to meetings training sessions or partner sites. Lifting : Occasionally lifting boxes of files or materials (usually under 25 pounds). Standing/Walking : May be required during presentations training sessions or site visits.

Required Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : A bachelors degree in business administration or related areas three years of progressive responsibility in account management ability to utilize independent judgment and discretion ability to produce time-sensitive accurate information on sponsored project matters excellent organizational skills must be self-motivated and work well under pressure with limited supervision handle a multitude of tasks and be team-oriented; have superior communication skills must be dedicated to providing timely customer service with exceptional interpersonal capabilities proficient in an automated environment including effective utilization of Microsoft Windows (Outlook Word Excel Power Point) and navigation of the Internet for information retrieval. A combination of education and work experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : A Bachelors degree and/or at least 3 years previous experience in a university sponsored program office in post-award administration; a demonstrated knowledge of federal funding agency regulations including 2 CFR 200 Uniform Administrative Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards.
