In this role youll:
Join our Major Works team within our Engineering and Maintenance division at Sydney Trains.
Lead estimation for complex civil infrastructure projects (including Bridge renewals/refurbishments culvert works embankment works drainage station platforms and retaining walls) across the rail network and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive effective business outcomes in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment.
Provide expert advice and technical solutions across estimates cost planning budgets and estimating assurance for complex projects and programs. Youll be an authority for the end-to-end estimating process providing oversight support and assurance across our planning and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.

About you
Hold tertiary qualifications in Engineering Quantity Surveying or a related discipline or have equivalent relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience in estimating and cost planning for complex infrastructure projects with knowledge of project delivery standards and methodologies ideally in civil engineering within a rail environment.
Skilled in estimating software (e.g. Candy) and project management tools with the ability to review and refine estimates apply structured methodologies and provide technical guidance.
This is a permanent full-time position. The salary is RC7 ($167229 - $183993) Super. Youll join a team where your skills shape major projects and drive meaningful outcomes.
