The Sales Operations Analyst will help increase efficiency in the business sales organization and support the sales teams in their daily functions to reach optimal success.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend sales team meetings to gather insights on sales tool usage and identify issues

  • Create and maintain key metrics related to sales operations and revenue performance

  • Manage and update sales tools sales training and applications supporting sales data including CRM and billing databases

  • Develop and maintain Sales and Sales Engineering SharePoint sites

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product development engineering sales management and marketing) to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation

  • Support sales teams to achieve or exceed monthly recurring revenue goals

  • Evaluate and improve current sales processes

  • Work closely with CRM administrators to identify automation opportunities and present them to stakeholders

  • If automation opportunities are approved create and execute project plans

  • Collaborate with leadership to create visual flowcharts of current processes

  • Work with sales teams to understand and enhance sales revenue processes

  • Support the Sales Operations team in skill development and identifying areas for improvement

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field or equivalent work/military experience

  • Telecommunications or related industry experience preferred

  • Additional professional qualifications are a plus

Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in business sales or a similar field

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

To excel as an operations analyst the following skills are required:

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • High proficiency with spreadsheet applications

  • Strong technical and computer skills

  • Ability to work non-traditional hours (evenings and weekends)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete documentation accurately

  • In-depth industry knowledge and awareness of current events

  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

  • Skill in prioritizing tasks

Requirements:

  • Remain upright on feet for extended periods

  • Remain stationary for extended periods

  • Ability to communicate information

  • Ability to operate a computer

  • Possess/Maintain a valid Drivers License

  • Travel requirement: 25%
