A growing law firm located near Cheektowaga NY is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to join their team! In this role youll help ensure smooth transactions from contract to closing while keeping clients and all parties informed every step of the way.

Responsibilities:
- Handle real estate purchase sale and bank files from contract to closing
- Communicate with clients realtors lenders and insurance agents
- Prepare and review contracts deeds mortgages and other closing documents
- Conduct title searches review title commitments and help resolve title issues
- Attend closings in Erie and Niagara counties
