Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their thermal management challenges and requirements.
- Develop and present comprehensive cooling and thermal solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Conduct technical presentations product demonstrations and site surveys.
- Collaborate with sales teams to prepare technical proposals quotations and RFP responses.
- Support the technical evaluation process and assist in project negotiations.
- Provide training and technical support to internal teams partners and customers.
- Keep updated on industry trends new products and competitors offerings.
- Assist in project management activities including system design installation guidance and commissioning.
- Liaise with engineering and product development teams to relay customer feedback and requirements.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering HVAC or related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in thermal management cooling systems or related fields preferably within data centers or enterprise IT environments.
- Strong understanding of data center cooling solutions precision air conditioning CRAC/CRAH units and thermal design principles.
- Proven experience in pre-sales technical consultancy or solution architecture.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to thermal management and energy efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CAD or thermal modeling software is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is advantageous.
