Job Summary
At Amazon we obsess over our customers and maintaining their trust. We are seeking an exceptional Program Manager to join the Amazon Stores Security Team (StoresSec). This role will support operational initiatives within StoresSec Business Operations.
Key job responsibilities
Program Management & Operational Support: The role will focus on executing and maintaining operational programs and processes within StoresSec Business Operations. The Program Manager will support process improvement initiatives by gathering data analyzing current state processes and implementing approved solutions. They will assist in tracking and managing cross-functional dependencies and deliverables while maintaining documentation and reporting mechanisms for operational programs.
Business Operations Support: Working closely with the Business Operations Manager this role will partner in developing and delivering organizational communications and mechanisms. The Program Manager will assist in coordinating and facilitating team meetings and operational reviews while helping maintain and organize team documentation and knowledge management systems. They will support the development and execution of business operations engagement initiatives and be responsible for tracking and reporting on key operational metrics and program outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement: The Program Manager will build and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional partners and support stakeholder communications and information sharing mechanisms. They will assist in coordinating cross-team initiatives and projects help identify and escalate operational challenges and blockers and participate in cross-functional meetings to represent Business Operations initiatives.
- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
