AUTOMOTIVE TITLE CLERK

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As our Automotive Title Clerk you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of vehicle transactions.
- Process registrations for all new and used vehicles in the state in which they will be titled
- Analyze and verify title and ownership documents with precision
- Submit legal transfer paperwork to the DMV
- Prepare wholesale title work and dealer trades
- Maintain strict confidentiality and timely paperwork processing
- Support dealership operations with additional tasks as needed
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
- Strong computer proficiency
- Excellent communication & time management skills
- A true team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Valid drivers license required
- Must pass background check drug screening and have a clean driving record
