About the Role
As a Farm Systems Auditor youll conduct independent audits to verify compliance with standards regulations and market access requirements. Youll analyse farm systems processes and records to ensure operators meet programme criteria in relation to helping ensure excellent environmental outcomes animal health & wellbeing and milk quality. Providing clear accurate reports that help our clients continuously improve.
This is a regional role with some travel required outside your home region across New Zealand. Youll work closely with farmers regulators and programme owners providing professional credible audit services that make a real difference.
What Youll Bring
- A tertiary qualification in Agriculture or Environmental Science (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in the primary sector (environmental background knowledge of agricultural practice and systems)
- Completed Advanced sustainable nutrient management course at Massey University
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- A commitment to maintaining professional and technical standards
Experience in auditing accreditation or certification is a strong advantage
