Salary package of up to $160719 includes a base salary of $128284-$141600 p.a plus employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
The Data Analytics and Insights Specialist (known internally as Demographic and Skills Profile Analyst) is responsible for providing expert analysis of demographic trends and changing skills requirements to support the delivery of high-quality strategic advice on future workforce trends and skill needs to help inform TAFE NSWs training delivery.
This role demands strong technical capability including advanced proficiency indata modellingstatistical analysis anddata visualisation. The ability to integrate and analyse data from multiple sourcesinternal and externalis critical to identifying emerging skill needs aligning training delivery and supporting business growth.
About You
You are a highly skilled data analyst with demonstrated expertise in undertaking research and analysing data using multiple sources and drawing meaningful insights to support planning directions and decision making.
You will have advanced technical skills and hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel to create advanced data models and undertake analysis as well as data visualisation and spatial analysis tools such as Power BI to create clear visually engaging and user-friendly outputs.
You will have strong written and verbal communication skills be able to successfully work independently and thrive working as part of a fast-paced and high performing team.
