Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Associate or Experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Charlestown SC.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the activities required to facilitate the quick return to service for emergent customer requirements (e.g. AOG)
  • Enters tracks monitors and coordinates customer material delivery requirements for emergent escalations
  • Advises customers regarding order status changes or improvements on AOG Hard Grounded requirements
  • Act as a liaison communicating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and drive a solution to support customer hard grounded aircraft situation.
  • Review and decipher engineering data for alternate problem resolution
  • Support suppliers by identifying constraints and assisting with mitigation plan
  • Assist in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities and capacity
  • Act as a liaison with multiple stakeholders to accomplish a common objective
  • Assess and analyze customer escalations and formulate problem resolutions
  • Uses multiple Boeing systems in a fast-paced environment for AOG Hard grounded requirements.
  • Able to adapt in a fast-changing and high-stress work environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
  • Must be self-driven and able to ask questions in a team environment.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1 year of experience working in supply chain management
  • 1 year of experience working in customer support or customer service role
  • Must be proficient utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word and PowerPoint)
  • Must have experience applying effective verbal and written communications skills including spelling grammar punctuation form and style proof reading and editing skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • Ability to lead multiple projects and integrated product teams

Level 3: $80750 $95000
