Practices are generally after school. This successful program varsity and junior varsity and Responsibilities (Not limited to):The varsity coach is responsible for all aspects of coaching a high-level Lacrosse program while adhering to rules and guidelines set forth by the school Dual County League and MIAA. Successful candidates will have the ability to oversee the entire Girls Lacrosse program working with sub varsity coaches and athletes to develop a cohesive and competitive :*Teaching the L-S Athletics Curriculum *Must be able to take the MIAA Coaching Course*Ability to drive the school van to away games*Ability to work with high school population*Understanding of high school sports operations*Work well with high school students parents and other coaches*Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills*Understands the importance of fun in high school athletics*Be prepared punctual and ethicalExperience Preferred:*Experience coaching Lacrosse *Experience playing Lacrosse at the high school level or higherStipend Range per Schedule B: $5696 - $7120Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School is committed to maintaining a work and learning environment free from discrimination on the basis of race color religion national origin pregnancy gender identity sexual orientation marital/civil union status ancestry place of birth age citizenship status veteran status political affiliation genetic information or disability as defined and required by state and federal laws.
