HVAC Refrigeration Technician Pay (Full-Time/Hourly):
Actual Pay depends on experience certifications skills test and skill level.

HVAC Refrigeration Technician Responsibilities:
- Works on refrigeration systems reach-ins walk-ins rack systems ice machines A/C units furnaces make-up air units boilers chillers and more.
- Provides exceptional customer service and support throughout the installation process.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment.
- Collaborate with managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
- Follows all GUNTHERS Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.
- Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS Core Values and Mission
- Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor
HVAC Refrigeration Technician Qualifications:
- 3 years proven experience with HVAC Commercial Service with specific expertise in refrigeration
- EPA and RMGA certification preferred
- Must be professional
- Must be able to pass a HVAC skills test
- Ability to interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals.
- Follows GUNTHERS dress and grooming policies.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test. For the safety and respect of our customers GUNTHERS is a SMOKE-FREE environment-no smoking or vaping.
