NOC Enginner

Sentinel is seeking a NOC Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a premier company and grow your career. As a NOC Analyst you are part of the operations in a 24X7 Network Operations Center monitoring customers production systems. As a NOC Analyst you will be responsible for; providing support to client operations communicating via phone e-mail and ticketing systems with customers and technicians and troubleshooting and escalating trouble tickets as needed.

This is a full time role reporting onsite to Downers Grove IL. The shift for this position will be Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday 7am-5:30pm CST with on-call being possible on Mondays.

• CCNA certification or higher is required
• Ability to work Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday 7am-5:30pm CST
• 1 - 3 years of NOC experience is required
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to calmly and professionally articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences in a timely and accurate manner
• Working knowledge of network monitoring tools and incident management processes
• Organized with ability to multi-task
• The candidate must meet and uphold CJIS requirements
• Ability to quickly respond to problem/critical situations and escalate when appropriate
• Full knowledge of technology terminology and the ability to assist non-technical resources resolve issues
• Adaptable to contribute and adhere to various company/department/technology trends
• The candidate must have a car as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid drivers license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a can-do attitude

Compensation Range:

$35000-$70000 annually
