Corporate & Real Estate Associate Attorney Mid-Level $125k$175k Tampa FL (In Office)
A well-established law firm is seeking a Corporate and Real Estate Associate Attorney with 46 years of experience to join its team in Tampa. This is a full-time in-office role for a motivated attorney who is a team player self-starter and resourceful leader capable of managing and mentoring junior associates effectively. A law license is required; Florida admission is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a range of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions dispositions and financings.
Conduct and oversee survey and title reviews loan transactions and preparation of legal opinions.
Handle matters involving entitlements commercial leases liens bonds and easements.
Advise clients on corporate governance entity formation and general corporate matters.
Draft review revise and negotiate contracts across a variety of industries.
Support mergers and acquisitions including both asset and equity transactions.
Provide thoughtful legal guidance to clients in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school and active law license (Florida preferred).
46 years of experience in corporate law and commercial real estate transactions.
Proven ability to manage projects and lead a team of associates effectively.
Strong drafting negotiation and communication skills.
Experience with clients in the construction roofing or home services industries is a plus.
