JOB DESCRIPTION:
Main Responsibilities:
Lead assigned channel / brands to co-develop the trade marketing strategy execution tactics with synergy collaboration with marketing partners & channel leaders
Lead brand via developing trade-marketing strategy across assigned channel types for total Taiwan AN trade with synergy collaboration with brand team
Understand the quantitative and qualitative factors that impact business outcomes; to anticipate future needs and uncover hidden opportunities with solid customer/ shopper insights across channels
Demonstrates learning agility in response to evolving business conditions so to maintain a strong talent pipeline through frequent talent analysis development planning and coaching
Employ strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer and consumer experiences across brands and touch points. Lead demand forecasting activities and leverage strong selling and influencing solutions to stakeholders using effective storytelling insights-driven presentations
Skills & Experience Required:*
Bachelors degree or above
10 years working experience in trade marketing with proven record in FMCG company sales/ account management experience is preferred
With experience of people management
