We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support our lead management this role youll assist with qualifying leads that are generated via Act-On and pushed into Microsoft Dynamics CRM helping our sales team focus on the most promising opportunities. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in CRM systems marketing automation and B2B sales processes.

TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES:
- Review and pre-qualify leads coming from Act-On into Microsoft Dynamics CRM based on defined criteria.
- Research and enrich lead profiles (e.g. industry job title company size company vertical) to improve sales context and segmentation.
- Support the setup and execution of lead routing and follow-up workflows.
- Tag and organize leads in the CRM to maintain clean data structure and campaign traceability.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve the lead scoring model and share feedback on lead quality.
- Maintain accurate and complete lead data entries ensuring a smooth transition to sales.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program (e.g. Business Administration Marketing Economics Data Science).
- Interest in digital marketing CRM or sales operations.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead qualification is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Act-On is a bonus but not required - training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail structured work style and willingness to learn.
- Fluent in Romanian and a good grasp of English.
