Were now looking for a Chief of Staff to join the founding team and help us scale from early traction to full-speed growth.
Role
As Chief of Staff you will work hand-in-hand withAntoine (CEO) to turn strategic priorities into execution improve organizational efficiency and drive key projects across sales operations product finance and growth.
This is a highly visible high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments loves solving complex problems and wants to grow into a leadership role in an ambitious AI company.
Missions
Your missions will evolve as Dialog scales but heres what youll focus on:
1. Strategic projects and execution
Drive cross-functional initiatives across sales operations finance and product. For example identify the best partnership tool and defining how commissions are tracked in HubSpot and impact sales objectives.
Take ownership of complex company priorities like coordinating negotiation with a major cosmetics brand or launching our Barcelona office.
2. Support and challenge the CEO
Act as Antoines operational partner on key topics: prioritization fundraising prep and board follow-up.
Structure and track OKRs manage investor and internal reporting and ensure each decision translates into measurable execution.
Be a sparring partner on strategic discussions: pricing organization design or product-market positioning.
3. Operational excellence & finance
Build and optimize internal processes to scale: from billing and reporting routines to cross-entity cash management (FR / US).
Own the creation of dashboards used by the leadership team and the board (ARR pipeline burn team metrics).
Support on financial and institutional topics such as banks follow-up debt facilities and next funding round readiness.
4. Growth acceleration
Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify and activate growth levers from benchmarking sales compensation to structuring channel partnerships.
Work with the Product & Tech teams to translate whats being built into clear value propositions for clients and investors.
Contribute to strategic partnerships and events that strengthen Dialogs visibility in the AI-commerce ecosystem.
5. Internal coordination
Be the bridge between Product Tech Sales and Customer Success ensuring clear alignment and communication.
Support leadership meetings and all-hands: prepare content ensure follow-ups and track key actions.
