Job Summary
Main Responsibilities
research strategies and lead the design and implement of the relevant research to develop pre-validate (validate) and transfer new/improved analytical methods involved in new or existing products and requirements from China Pharmacopeia;
and interpretation of necessary data professionally for project team product registration requirement marketing requirement and other needs;
understand state-of-art technologies and become a technical expert in the field of analytical methods;
and training of junior scientists and laboratory technicians/interns
Qualification and requirements
1. Sound knowledge in R&D processes/system/environment;
2. Solid experiences in analytical method development and validation for biological and/or polymeric materials and products
3. Excellent data analysis understanding and interpretation
4. Good English communication skills;
5. Relevant laboratory skills writing skills and computer skills
6. good leadership teamwork and interpersonal skills;
Education and Experience
degree with at least 10 years MS with at least 6 years or PhD with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Biochemistry biology chemistry analytical chemistry polymer chemistry etc. discipline
biological or Biochemical industrial experience is preferred.
