Job Summary
HCM / PEO business consultant needed for fast-growing provider of HR administration payroll and benefits. The Business Consultant will generate new opportunities through networking and using channel partners.
This position is 100% onsite.
Responsibilities include initiating new business in an assigned territory meeting / exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas analyzing products and services to meet client needs preparing executive summaries for clients and meeting with clients throughout implementation.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong work ethic. Attention to detail excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to grow and learn are also essential to the position.
Candidates with a high school diploma or greater and 2-3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
