The PHOENIX Internship Program is a 10-week paid program that offers rising Junior and Senior undergraduates and graduate students the opportunity to work with and learn from experienced professionals while gaining exposure to a multi-brand retail company. The internship program provides hands-on experience in an area of interest and cross-functional collaboration while developing valuable professional skills.
PHOENIX Retail LLC is a Direct-to-Consumer platform operating EXPRESS and BONOBOS in the United States. The Production & Sourcing Summer Internship position will support our Bonobos brand. The Summer 2026 Internship Program takes place from June 1st to August 7th. This internship is located at our office in New York New York.

Responsibilities
What will you be working on this Summer
- Assist with data entry sample organization production comments and general administrative support
- Support communication with vendors and cross-functional partners
- Participate in milestone and team meetings to gain exposure to business processes
- Assist with day to day calendar management and become familiar with product lifecycle deadlines
- Partner with Design Tech Design Merch and Planning teams to help manage order details and learn about each teams function as it relates to Production & Sourcing
- Engage with Tech Design and Fabric R&D teams on assigned projects to learn how product development and material innovationconnect to Production & Sourcing.
- Help prepare reports and trackers that can be utilized by the Production team
- Support seasonal line preparationand organization along with cross functional partners

Requirements

- Adhere to our four-days-in-office approach
- Commit to the entire 10 weeks of the program

- Preferred GPA at or above 3.2
