About the role

Senior Medical and Scientific Affairs Scientist HALEON Poland

Are you passionate about medical science and eager to make a real impact in Poland and Central Eastern Europe Join HALEON as a Senior Medical and Scientific Affairs Scientist responsible for the Polish Market and help us deliver excellence in Medical and Scientific Affairs (M&SA) while contributing in business growth and ensuring the highest standards in safety and compliance.

What Youll Do

• Shape Medical Strategy: Drive to set and execute medical strategies for the Polish market while working closely with the CEE BU M&SA team and local commercial organization
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with cross-functional teams to drive market share sales and deliver annual goals.
• Drive Innovation: Provide medical insights for new products collect data and analyse for HALEON products and competitors develop claim strategy oversight benefit/risk assessment.
• Lead Medical Communication: Develop and substantiate medical claims review promotional materials and answer questions from healthcare professionals.
• Engage with Experts: Represent HALEON in interactions with Health Authorities Healthcare Organizations and external experts.
• Enhance Global Community: Collaborate within the regional/global medical community conduct benefit/risk assessments and build Partnership with Pharmacovigilance team in order to ensure that HALEON activities are conducted in accordance with applicable law and Company policies
• Manage Projects: Oversee timelines and budgets for regional projects and provide medical deliverables for innovation projects.

Why you

• Experience: At least 5 years in Medical and Scientific Affairs ideally in Pharma OTC or Nutritional sectors.
• Background: 10 years in clinical development operations project management or related fields.
• Education: MD or pharmacist degree preferred; PhD is a plus.
• Skills: Strong business acumen project management and organizational skills. Ability to plan ahead multitask and make decisions under tight deadlines.
• Influence: Confident communicator who can manage and influence discussions challenge the status quo and thrive in an empowered organization.
• Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English.
