Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join GG India in a strategic role focused on business partnering spend optimization analytical excellence and governance & compliance. This position plays a critical role in driving regulatory adherence strengthening internal controls and leading digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing financial governance streamlining operations and accelerating business growth through data-driven insights and strategic collaboration.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align financial governance with business objectives enabling growth through strategic business partnering and informed decision-making.
- Support marketing teams in planning and executing activities within approved budgets ensuring spend effectiveness and value creation across initiatives.
- Monitor and control marketing expenditures providing timely insights and guidance to optimize resource allocation and drive cost efficiency.
- Analyze financial and operational data to uncover trends anomalies and opportunities for deeper investigation enabling data-driven decisions and performance improvement.
- Conduct focused reviews in high-risk areas to identify control gaps and recommend actionable improvements that strengthen governance and operational resilience.
- Ensure compliance with key regulations including Section 194R of the Income Tax Act GST and other applicable laws while proactively assessing the impact of regulatory changes on business operations.
- Support implementation and monitoring of marketing code guidelines identify deviations and drive corrective actions in collaboration with business teams.
- Review and enhance Risk Control Matrices (RCMs) and Process Flow Documents (PFDs) working with stakeholders to improve process integrity and mitigate risks.
- Drive compliance through digital platforms such as DigiCX Book App and FME recommending enhancements to improve usability tracking and reporting.
- Partner with Internal Audit (IA) and SOX teams to resolve Segregation of Duties (SOD) conflicts and process deviations ensuring timely closure of audit findings and mitigation plans.
- Deliver targeted training and guidance to stakeholders to promote consistent understanding and implementation of compliance policies and marketing code requirements.
- Serve as a key contact for finance-related marketing code compliance queries providing accurate and timely support to enable seamless operations and informed decision-making.
Qualifications :
Educational qualification: Professional certifications such as Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent are mandatory
Minimum work experience:
4 years of experience.
