What Youll Do:

As a Senior Project Manager youll play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact complex and global projects that drive innovation and success. Heres what youll be leading:

• Strategic Project Leadership:Take charge of end-to-end delivery of large-scale global initiatives ensuring alignment with our Value Management Office (VMO) governance and delivering tangible business value.

• Collaboration:Manage multiple workstreams and foster relationships with diverse stakeholder groups across functions and geographies. Navigate complex priorities and organizational dynamics with confidence.

• Trusted Advisor:Act as a coach and advisor for business sponsors ensuring project outcomes align with strategic goals.

• Problem Solver:Anticipate risks resolve issues and balance tactical problem-solving with a long-term strategic view.

• Governance & Innovation:Ensure disciplined adherence to project governance while driving continuous improvement and innovation in delivery methodologies.

• Change Champion:Partner with change management IT and business functions to ensure successful adoption of transformational initiatives.

• Team Leadership:Lead and inspire a small team of project analysts and coordinators to achieve excellence.

What Were Looking For:

Were seeking a results-driven leader with a passion for delivering impactful projects and a knack for inspiring teams. Heres what youll bring to the table:

• Proven Expertise:10 years of experience in project management with a stellar track record of delivering complex global initiatives (e.g. multi-country cross-functional or enterprise-scale projects).

• Certifications:SAFe PMP or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory.

• Stakeholder Management:Exceptional ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders balancing interpersonal skills with the confidence to challenge constructively.

• Project Governance Mastery:Deep knowledge of project governance portfolio management and value realization practices.

• Industry Experience:Experience in regulated industries such as life sciences healthcare logistics or similar is preferred.

• Exceptional Communication Skills:Youre a clear and confident communicator able to engage with diverse international stakeholders and teams.

• Resilience & Adaptability:You excel under pressure and can navigate the demands of a dynamic high-energy workplace.

• Problem-Solving Mindset:Youre proactive resourceful and ready to tackle complex challenges with innovative solutions.

• Flexibility:Youre agile and open to adjusting your approach to meet evolving project needs and challenges.
