Job Description
The Filtration and Separation Division (FSD) is a $1 Billion dollar business within the BioProduction Group supporting our BioPharma partners in the manufacturing of life-changing and life-saving biologics (Oncology Autoimmune Vaccines Blood Disorders Rare Diseases etc.) through our ifltration offerings.
This position is located in our Greater China Area encompassing Taiwan China and Hong Kong. Your role will involve being a valuable member of our Finance team providing support to the FSD business division.

What you will do:
- Lead the forecasting process (operating plan rolling forecast best estimate etc.) and strategic plan for the Greater China area ensuring flawless execution.
- Manage financial performance and support achieving targets in the Annual Operating Plan.
- Drive P&L management to level of profit center or Business Unit
- Provide financial advice and mentorship to business units ensuring full compliance with U.S. GAAP Thermo Fisher Scientifics Global Financial Standards and understanding local reporting requirements.
- Prepare accurate financial packages for presentation to various executive management committees
- Supports all financial decision making and transversal processes like SIP (sales incentive plans) pricing CIP(customer incentive plans) for the Greater China Area

- Established track record of applying analytics and influencing skills to produce results.
- Exhibit a sense of urgency to implement effective change and manage performance.
- Strong financial competence and ability to make empowered decisions.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience
- More than 10 years of finance or finance-related expertise in a private public government or military setting.
- 2 years of financial background in an Industrial Biopharma Medtech or manufacturing firm.
Knowledge Skills Abilities
- Advanced knowledge of Excel Hyperion and Power BI tools.
- Familiarity with portfolio and product-level margin analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
This position mainly involves working in the office with occasional domestic and international travel of up to 10%. Relocation support is not provided.
