Job Summary
该职位的主要职责是为客户公司内部技术人员和代理商现场应用工程师FAE提供关于公司CMSD 产品和解决方案等各个方面的详细技术支持
任职要求
- 按时完成CMSD相关产品的支持案例设计和技术验证高质量交付
- 为现有和新客户提供持续的技术支持无论是直接通过瑞萨的各种在线支持渠道还是通过支持现场应用工程师FAE
- 与瑞萨电子的市场现场应用工程FAE和销售团队密切合作在新产品设计和推广阶段供详细的技术支持
- 与客户销售团队和代理商一起创建并提供瑞萨CMSD产品和解决方案的技术培训
- 协助高级工程师或者团队完成相关设计测试相关工作
- 编写相关技术文档如应用实例(Application notes)培训文档技术类分析或者总结报告
Qualifications :
必要条件
学历要求本科或者硕士
专业计算机科学电子工程自动化电气工程及其自动化等相关专业
技能
- 具备模拟数字和电源基础知识
- 熟悉常见实验仪器的使用示波器逻辑分析仪万用表可调电源信号发生器电烙铁和热风枪等
- 需要与客户公司其他部门合作伙伴和全球同事进行互动所以需要优秀的人际交往能力
- 需要有上进心的团队合作者能够接受指导同时管理多项任务并完成有效沟通
- 具有较强的解决问题的能力和对细节的关注
- 英语听说能力要求通过CET-4最好是通过CET-6能够阅读和理解英语技术文档能够用英语进行基本的技术沟通
