Job Summary
Join our vibrant Champagne Bar team and bring your passion for people flavour and flair to life! As a Bartender youll be the face behind the bar crafting unforgettable moments and exceptional drinks for our guests to enjoy.
What youll do:
- Create and serve premium cocktails wines and beverages with creativity and precision.
- Deliver warm engaging and personalised service that makes every guest feel like a regular.
- Share your knowledge of spirits wines and mixology trends to enhance the guest experience.
- Keep the bar looking immaculate and well-stocked from garnishes to glassware.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol and uphold our brand standards of excellence.
- Be an ambassador for the hotel showcasing our unique atmosphere and commitment to luxury hospitality.
- Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations.
- Assist with bar promotions tastings and special events that showcase our brand.
- Demonstrate the Passion for Excellence through serving our guests with flair and professionalism ensuring that their requests are quickly and efficiently achieved.
- Ensure all guests are provided with personalised service and that the Essence of Pleasure is achieved.
- Embody the art of French hospitality through a can do attitude.
- Assist in stock management including inventory checks restocking and rotation of supplies.
Qualifications :
- Previous bartending experience in a premium / luxury venue or hotel.
- Strong cocktail wine and spirit knowledge.
- Valid RSA certification.
- Confident energetic and guest-focused with a passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-presented with a professional yet fun attitude.
- Flexible to work evenings weekends and public holidays.
