Job Summary
As Breakfast Manager youll be the heartbeat of our morning service - leading with confidence creativity and a passion for excellence to ensure every guest starts their day on a high note.
- Run the daily breakfast operation with precision warmth and flair
Lead daily briefings energising and motivating the team
Manage reservations and floor plans to ensure smooth guest flow
Support the Restaurant Manager with stock control ordering and team training
Ensure breakfast service opens and closes securely and professionally
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years restaurant experience ideally in breakfast service
A natural host who anticipates guest needs before theyre spoken
Someone who brings their authentic self to work
Passionate about creating memorable moments for guests and teammates alike
A team player who rolls up their sleeves and gets things done
Open-minded curious and ready to try new things
