Lecturer Level B Psychology

As a Lecturer (Level B) - Psychology youll make a vital contribution to both teaching and research within the School. Heres how youll make it matter:

• Deliver engaging evidence-based teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate psychology and counselling programs.
• Contribute to course and program coordination and maintain a strong focus on student-centred learning outcomes.
• Develop a high-quality impactful research portfolio in the field of social developmental or health psychology.
• Supervise honours and higher degree research (HDR) students to foster academic excellence.
• Engage with the broader community and industry to strengthen research collaboration and employability outcomes.

This is a continuing full-time position based at Griffith Universitys Gold Coast campus.
As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations.

Griffith Universitys sites are located on the lands of the Yugarabul Yuggera Jagera Turrbal Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples.

Salary Range
The full time equivalent base salary for an Academic Level B ranges $113226 - $134460 per annum 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $132474 - $157318 per annum.

You will also have:

• A PhD (or equivalent) in psychology or a related field.
• Research expertise in social developmental or health psychology.
• Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality student-focused teaching.
• Evidence of research productivity including quality publications and potential for external funding.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a commitment to fostering positive student experiences.
