Job Responsibilities:
- Provide anesthesia services to patients.
- Administer anesthesia for OB general surgery limited ortho limited urology plastic surgery and GI procedures.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Anesthesiology (REQUIRED)
- Active Illinois License or active IMLC (REQUIRED)
- Experience in anesthesiology (REQUIRED)
- Clean malpractice record with no background issues (REQUIRED)
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certified in Anesthesiology
- Active IL Medical License or IMLC
