Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Long-Term Care & Rehabilitation
Location: Passaic County NJ 07470
Type: 13-Week Contract
Shift: Evening (3 PM 11 PM)
Pay: $55 $58 per hour

Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) Long-Term Care & Rehabilitationfor an exciting job in Passaic County NJ.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey.
CPR/BLS certification (advanced certifications a plus).
Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred.
Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Compassionate detail-oriented approach to resident care.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Assess plan implement and evaluate individualized care for residents.
Monitor vital signs administer medications and perform treatments safely and accurately.
Collaborate with residents families and interdisciplinary team members to adjust care plans.
Provide skilled nursing care including wound management and catheterization.
Mentor and supervise nursing assistants to maintain high-quality care.
Respond promptly to changes in resident conditions and coordinate escalated care as needed.
Educate residents and families on health management medications and rehabilitation goals.
Maintain thorough accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Work closely with physical occupational and speech therapists to support recovery.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols regulations and facility policies.
