Are you ready to shape the future of how people systems and data come together As our company continues to grow were looking for a Senior People Systems & Insights Specialist to join our expanding team.

In this role youll be hands-on with the configuration development and support of Workday and its connected applications currently focusing on Advanced Compensation Payroll and Benefits. Youll also dive deep into people data turning complex information into clear insights that fuel smarter decisions.

This isnt just another systems role. Its your chance to make an impact by driving innovation in how we use Workday and people analytics to support both our employees and our business strategy. Youll collaborate closely with People Operations Compensation & Benefits and other key stakeholders as a trusted advisor blending technical know-how with creativity problem-solving and communication skills that bring systems data and people together.

What Youll Do

Workday Configuration & Support
Configure maintain and continuously improve Workday across assigned modules (Advanced Compensation Payroll Benefits)
Support and enhance integrations with third-party applications ensuring smooth and reliable data flows
Partner with People Operations Payroll IT and other teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
Contribute to system testing upgrades and release management
Identify creative solutions and process improvements to make systems more user-friendly scalable and impactful

Data Analytics & Insights
Develop and deliver meaningful reports dashboards and insights to support people-related decision making
Analyze trends and data patterns to provide actionable recommendations
Ensure data integrity governance and compliance across systems and processes
Explore innovative ways to use data to uncover opportunities drive engagement and improve decision making

Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership
Act as a trusted speaking partner to stakeholders in your focus areas
Translate business requirements into effective system configurations and reporting solutions
Communicate technical topics in a clear and accessible way for non-technical audiences
Provide guidance and support to People & Sustainability and other stakeholders on Workday functionality and reporting
Proactively suggest new approaches and share creative ideas to help stakeholders get more value from Workday and related tools

What Youll Bring

Workday & Technical Skills
Proven Workday configuration expertise especially in Advanced Compensation Payroll and Benefits
Experience with Workday integrations (building maintaining troubleshooting)
Familiarity with Workday reporting tools (calculated fields custom reports dashboards People Analytics)
Knowledge of system testing release management and upgrades
Understanding of data integrity governance and compliance in HR systems

Data & Analytics Skills
Strong skills in HR data analysis and insights
Proficiency in reporting and dashboard creation
Ability to work with large datasets and ensure accuracy
Bonus: experience with tools like Excel Power BI or Tableau

Collaboration & Soft Skills
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Clear communication skills that make technical topics understandable
Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
Adaptability in a growing evolving environment

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in a global company with varying country requirements (especially Payroll/Benefits compliance)
Familiarity with change management and training HR/business users
Understanding of Compensation cycles (merit bonus equity)
Experience designing creative system solutions or process improvements that improved adoption and efficiency
