Your mission
To coordinate and support day-to-day logistics operations for 1NCE GmbH. This includes managing cooperation with 3PL warehouse partners ensuring efficient order handling preparing shipping and customs documentation maintaining inventory reports and supporting global logistics processes in alignment with the Supply Chain Management team.
- Warehouse partner coordination: Act as the main point of contact for 3PL warehouse partners; coordinate shipments resolve operational issues and ensure service quality.
- Inventory management: Track and reconcile inventory between 1NCE systems and 3PL reports compiling accurate data for internal reporting.
- Logistics operations oversight: Manage daily logistics tasks including order processing shipment scheduling and document preparation.
- Import/export support: Assist with import and export processes ensuring customs compliance and accurate documentation.
- Reporting & KPI tracking:Compile data and prepare regular reports on stock shipments and logistics costs.
- Process support:Assist in improving logistics processes communication between internal and external stakeholders and system documentation (e.g. Confluence WMS).
- Customer and sales support: Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments and assist sales teams with quotations documentation and follow-ups.
- Process improvement and reporting: Contribute to logistics process improvements KPI reporting and cost monitoring in collaboration with the Supply Chain Management team.
Your skills
- Professional experience: Initial professional experience in logistics supply chain or warehouse coordination is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Educational background:
Bachelors degree in Logistics Business Administration (BWL) or a related field.
Alternatively completed vocational training (e.g. Industriekaufmann/-frau Speditionskaufmann/-frau) with relevant logistics experience. - Language skills: German: Fluent (B2C1 level) for daily international communication English: Fluent (B2C1 level) for daily international communication
- Customs knowledge: Familiarity with customs and import/export processes is a strong advantage.
- Logistics expertise: In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles practices and technologies.
- Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Technical proficiency: Solid working knowledge of common logistics software and basic IT tools.
- Communication and relationship building: Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizational skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional integrity: High level of integrity and professionalism with a strong commitment to ethical business practices.
- Proactive mindset: Hands-on mentality combined with a solution-oriented problem-solving attitude.
- IT affinity: You are interested in APIs AI and IT in general.
