What Youll Do:
Serve as the primary liaison between our valued clients and the service department.
Greet customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle symptoms.
Provide clear honest estimates and timelines for services and repairs.
Communicate technician findings in a way that builds trust and transparency.
Ensure a premium customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience as a service advisor or similar role in an automotive dealership (Audi/VW experience a plus!).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of CDK software preferred.
