Job Description:
The Honors College is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable student to support enrollment management marketing and career initiatives. This position helps prospective students connect with the Honors College through event coordination communication and creative outreach.
The Student Assistant assists with event preparation Monday/Friday with Honors visits recruitment and scholarship events and the organization of materials and resources. Additional responsibilities include updating the Honors College website and calendar supporting social media and print promotions and assisting with projects related to recruitment and marketing.
Candidates must be enrolled in the Honors College with a minimum 3.0 GPA and strong academic standing. Freshmen graduate and seminary students are not eligible. Applicants should demonstrate professionalism initiative excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Experience with Canva Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred. Some evening and weekend availability is required.
This position offers valuable experience in outreach communication and event coordination while working closely with the Admissions Coordinator and Director of Enrollment Management to advance the Honors Colleges recruitment and engagement goals.
