What Youll Do
Modulrsregulatede-moneyaccounts and payment servicescan bedelivered to customers through PartnersunderModulrsregulated Partners embed the services into their own products andModulroutsources various critical activities to them. The Partner Oversight teamis responsible forensuring that partnersoperatein alignment withModulrsstandards and regulatory obligations while safeguarding the integrity of outsourced controls and overall business viability.
The role will be well suited to individuals who enjoy being client facing analysing and managing a broad range of risks are deeply curiousenjoy learning and a high degree of variety within their role.
- Owning a portfolio of Partnershaving adeep understandingoftheir business model use ofModulrsproducts and services and how those come together to fit within the regulatory framework and what risks exist as a result.
- Carryingout day-to-day activities in line with the Partner Oversight Framework with theobjectiveof managing risk forModulrand working with Partners to ensure they reach successful Compliance outcomes.
- Liaising directly with Partners through scheduledengagement tomaintainand developthe relationship.
- Actioningrequests from Partnersto growand develop their businesswithModulrssupport.
- Identifyingand proposing opportunities for continuous improvement in the Partner Oversight function for example through training tooling and improved processes.
- Working with internal teams to maintain a strong control environment and deliver a co-ordinated experience for our Partners. Act as a central contact for Compliance matters in relation to the Partner and a source of expertise on the activities of the Partner where required.
- Engaging in training and quality assurance activities across the team. Where possible provide support and insights to other Partner Oversight Analysts including sharing learnings and insights.

- You are deeply curious keen to embrace and understand the complexities of clients business models use ofModulrproducts and how these fit within the regulatory framework.
- You enjoy being directly client facing building relationships and working collaboratively with clients to achieve successful outcomes whilst also being willing to handle direct conversations where clients are not delivering on their obligations.
- You are structured and organised able toplan and manage your own tohandle the competing pressures of immediate requests alongside ongoing delivery of the Partner Oversight framework.
- You are comfortable working in a scaling business where time is critical and things changefrequently.
- You are analytical and can assess riskstodefineappropriate controlsbased on these communicating the links effectiveness and any potential gaps clearly to others.

- Risk & Compliance experience beyond Anti Money Laundering.
