Do you want to join a global leader in renewable energy infrastructure investment Then Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is the perfect place for you. We are currently looking for a Working Student (internally called Analyst) to join Investor Relations & Business Development team in Munich.

Team

The Investor Relations and Business Development (IR & BD) team covers all interactions with investors and business development activities from product ideation fund development to fundraising and investor engagement. You will join an international and diverse team that is composed of professionals from different backgrounds including investment banking management consulting and law.

Specifically you will become a part of Capital Formation Team focused on Institutional Investor Coverage Across the DACH Region. The team is responsible for managing relationships and strategic coverage of institutional investors across all asset classes within Germany Austria and Switzerland (DACH). It involves identifying investor needs facilitating capital raising initiatives and ensuring comprehensive engagement across the institutional landscape.

Role

As a Working Student in Investor Relations & Business Development (IR & BD) team you will be exposed to a variety of important tasks from preparation of strategy-related presentation material for IR or CIP leadership to working on selected strategy projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to:

  • Support preparation of weekly team meeting document / meeting minutes afterwards / Weekly / Bi-weekly PLM preparation

  • Research and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data

  • Enhancing accuracy and completeness of investor and activity data in DealCloud

  • Data crunching and visualization of technical and financial information

  • Ad hoc support with various requests

The position is part-time (around 20 hours/week) and based on-site in Munich. The workload will vary depending on the number of tasks that you are working on and you will be given the opportunity to influence your routine based on your exam schedule. Well-performing Analysts might have the opportunity to receive a full-time offer upon graduation.

You

The ideal candidate is currently a 3rd-year BSc student or a 1st-year MSc student in Economics Business or any other relevant field. Please note that the role is on-site therefore it is a prerequisite that you are based in Munich.
