Position: Media and Campaign Manager

Location: Remote USA East Coast (home-based occasional travel)

About: as Media and Campaign Manager youll own the end-to-end delivery of demand generation and ABM campaigns across North America. From translating client briefs into actionable plans to executing and optimising campaigns youll be accountable for results pacing and insights.

This is a client-facing data-driven hands-on role that blends campaign management partner coordination and strategic reporting. Youll work closely with our global operations team in the UK and manage relationships with media partners and clients.

The ideal candidate combines analytical skill with relationship management balancing attention to detail with a consultative mindset.

How youll make an impact:

  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery from client brief to final reporting
  • Translate campaign objectives into media plans with the right partners targeting and pacing
  • Build and launch campaigns in client CRMs (Salesforce) and lead validation platforms (Integrate)
  • Monitor pacing and lead delivery ensuring accuracy quality and timely completion
  • Liaise with media partners to resolve data issues lead rejections and optimisation opportunities
  • Collaborate with Acceleras UK operations team to analyse results and prepare client-ready reports
  • Present campaign performance and actionable insights directly to clients
  • Identify opportunities to improve ROI and recommend strategies for optimisation
  • Contribute to process improvement and help shape future team growth in the region

Qualifications and Required Skills:

  • A self-starter with a growth mindset who turns challenges into opportunities.
  • 13 years experience in campaign or media management (B2B/ABM preferred)
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Experience with Integrate or other lead validation platforms (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and reporting ability; skilled in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field preferred
