Chef de Rang (mfd)

With our food line the Epic Slow Food we are setting new standards in regional cuisine.

Do you have a talent for sales and are you able to show your expertise from aperitif to digestif Then we need you! We are looking for a Chef de Rang for your Michelin-starred restaurant: Dahoam. JRE Andreas Herbst and his young Good Life kitchen team stand for passion diversity and attention to detail through it earning multiple prestigious awards including a Michelin star the green Michelin star and 4 Gault & Millau toques.

Tasks

• You independently organise your station from mise en place to billing.
• You are motivated and work diligently as part of our team.
• Your expertise in fine dining impresses guests and helps you provide excellent advice on beverage and wine selection.
• You play a supportive role to our sommelier and you have strong wine knowledge.
• As a sales talent you are confident from aperitif to digestif.
• You enjoy sharing your knowledge with commis apprentices and interns.
