About This Role
As an Under 18 Primary Therapist youll work thoughtfully with our Under 18 patients to develop and implement their individualized treatment plans. This role will consist of conducting individual therapy sessions collaborating with patients outpatient teams and leading patients through their overall treatment program. Youll partner closely with the entirety of our treatment teams including Group Therapists Family Therapists and Prescribers to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care.
Our centrally located Chicago office is nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of North Center.
What Youll Do:
- Provide group and individual therapy for children ages 5-18 years of age
- Provide family therapy as needed
- Communicate with patients family members or support system on a weekly basis
- Coordinate care with patients outside providers to ensure continuity of care
- Communicate with patients homeschool and attend school re-entry meetings
- Create individualized weekly schedules for each patient based on need
- Assess patients progress and need for higher level of care transition plan and/or discharge
- Chart progress of patients appropriately
- Complete administrative documentation (initial treatment plans/updates discharges attendance research) promptly meeting all standard deadlines
- Participate in professional development activities
- Provide insurance utilization team with updates
Who You Are:
- Hold the following licenses or certifications: LCSW LCPC MSW LPC LSW MFT LMFT PsyD or PhD with 2 years of clinical experience conducting individual and family therapy.
- The ability to assist families and patients in talking about difficult topics is a necessity.
- Excellent time management skills ability to juggle multiple demands simultaneously in a fast paced and changing environment.

This range includes multiple career path levels across the organization; where you fall in the range is dependent upon a number of factors including but not limited to your years of experience type of experience location and education/certifications.
