PROJECTPROGRAM MANAGERS BANKINGFINANCIAL SERVICES

We are seeking experienced Project and Program Managers within Banking and Financial Services for 12 Month Contracts in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.

This role focuses on designing and delivering innovative banking solutions ensuring alignment between business and technology functions.

We are seeking experienced Project and Program Managers to lead a portfolio of high-impact transformation initiatives across our organization. This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex programs and projects ensuring they align with the organizations transformation objectives and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of programs and projects within the assigned portfolio ensuring strategic alignment and timely execution.

• Lead mentor and coach a team of project managers to drive excellence in delivery standards reporting and governance.

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define scope prioritize initiatives and foster strong engagement.

• Monitor and report on portfolio performance including risks issues dependencies and financial utilization.

• Participate in portfolio planning sessions resource allocation and demand forecasting with planning and benefit realization teams.

• Provide executive-level insights regular updates and performance metrics to the Head of Delivery Office and senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or Engineering (Masters preferred).

• Professional certification such as PMP PgMP or equivalent is strongly preferred.

• 5-15 years of experience in program or project management with at least 5 years overseeing complex portfolios or large-scale programs.

• Proven track record in banking financial services or other regulated industries.
