Job Requirements:
Structuring transactions and providing strategic guidance on deal mechanics
Drafting and negotiating transaction documentation conducting due diligence and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for M&A and capital markets transactions
Serving as the primary contact for clients advising on legal strategic and business considerations
Monitoring legislative and regulatory developments as well as market trends
Collaborating closely with other practice groups to deliver comprehensive cross-disciplinary legal solutions
We Expect:
A Masters degree in law
Bar admission (as either an advocate or attorney-at-law)
At least 5 years of proven experience in M&A and capital markets transactions ideally within a reputable law firm
High level of professionalism commercial awareness and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-profile transactional environment
A strong focus on clients needs willingness to take on responsibility and the ability to work in a dynamic setting
Fluent practical command of spoken and written legal English
Excellent organizational skills attention to detail ability to meet deadlines and a can-do attitude
