Job Summary

Greenberg Traurig (GT) a global law firm has an exciting career opportunity for a Lawyer in the M&A / Capital Markets Practice at our Warsaw office. Job Requirements:

Structuring transactions and providing strategic guidance on deal mechanics

Drafting and negotiating transaction documentation conducting due diligence and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for M&A and capital markets transactions

Serving as the primary contact for clients advising on legal strategic and business considerations

Monitoring legislative and regulatory developments as well as market trends

Collaborating closely with other practice groups to deliver comprehensive cross-disciplinary legal solutions

We Expect:

A Masters degree in law

Bar admission (as either an advocate or attorney-at-law)

At least 5 years of proven experience in M&A and capital markets transactions ideally within a reputable law firm

High level of professionalism commercial awareness and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-profile transactional environment

A strong focus on clients needs willingness to take on responsibility and the ability to work in a dynamic setting

Fluent practical command of spoken and written legal English

Excellent organizational skills attention to detail ability to meet deadlines and a can-do attitude

We represent issuers and borrowers from major international corporations to early-stage private companies. Our clients include investment banks commercial banks and other financial institutions acting as underwriters arrangers placement agents or lenders or in other capacities. We represent highly specialized market participants including investment funds and their sponsors and investment managers.
