We need people who are / have

• Experienced: You have a solid background in a similar role specifically dealing with anti-social behaviour (ASB) as well as tenancy and neighbourhood issues. You are also skilled at handling challenging situations complex lifestyles and engaging with the public.

• Knowledgeable: You have a good understanding of social housing housing legislation GDPR and Equality Diversity and Inclusion principles.

• Tech Savvy: You are proficient in IT including Microsoft Office 365 and are able to pick up and learn new systems quickly.

• Qualified: You hold a valid driving license and ideally have a housing qualification (such as CIH) or are willing to work towards one.

Due to the nature of the role you must have a flexible approach to working hours and hold a valid driving license due to the travel involved in the role.

Irwell Valley Homes is a housing association providing affordable homes and services to over 16000 people across Greater Manchester and employing over 280 colleagues.

We are a charitable registered provider of social housing and offer homes mainly for social rent with a small number for affordable rent market rent and shared ownership. We also provide homes with support for people with dementia mental health issues learning and physical disabilities those who have been made homeless and people affected by domestic abuse.

As well as providing homes wedeliver services and support to customers and work in partnership with specialist organisations to help them sustain their tenancies and get on in life. And we engage with customers to shape services and review our effectiveness.
