Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire the used car sales team to meet and exceed sales goals

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize used vehicle profitability

- Provide exceptional customer experiences building lasting relationships

- Oversee inventory management pricing and vehicle presentation

- Conduct regular training and coaching to improve product knowledge and sales skills

- Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure seamless customer transactions

- Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly

Qualifications:

- Proven success in automotive sales management preferably with luxury or premium brands

- Strong leadership and team development skills

Salary range: $70000 - $120000 annually performance bonuses Full-time in-person role.
