Job Summary
Perfil de puesto
- Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública Administración Financiera o afín y/o experiencia relacionada al puesto.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en el área.
- ERP (SAP BAAN JDE)
- Excel avanzado.
- Inglés (Conversacional)
- Conocimiento de Análisis Financieros
Responsabilidades
- Responsable del seguimiento con customer service y con clientes para mantener una cartera de clientes acorde a la meta (no menor al 99%)
- Monitorear los portales de clientes para asegurar la recepción de facturas y pagos e investigar diferencias en precios.
- Facturación de operaciones intercompañías y confirmación de saldos con los mismos
- Revisión de ventas y posteo en SAP
- Investigación de referencias crediticias de nuevos clientes.
Apoyo en actividades de cierre y reporteo financiero
- Revisión de cumplimiento de aplicación de políticas/ narrativas
- Coordinación de Auditorías Internas y Gubernamentales
- Cuestionar a las áreas cualquier variación en financieros que no haya sido forecasteada y seguimiento en variaciones en precios de venta y cargos varios de clientes.
