Location: Kilkenny
A fulltime permanent vacancy has arisen for the role of Group Credit Management Administrator (SADM) The successful candidate will be responsible for the collection and allocation of payments for group scheme customers as well as the management of debt management for group schemes.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Working in accordance with the Core values.
- Ensuring payments are received from group scheme customers within agreed credit terms.
- Allocation of group scheme payments
- Formatting breakdowns of group scheme payments
- Action on a timely basis those customers who have defaulted on payment
- Management of group scheme debt for non-healthcare products e.g. Employee Extras Excess Waiver
- Working of equal or lower grade.
The successful candidate must have:
- Financial Accounting experience or experience within a credit control function.
- Excellent numerical skills with a logical and flexible approach to problem-solving.
- An understanding of GIOS OGP and Ciboodle
- Strong planning and organisational skills with a proven ability to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines as required.
- Understanding of software applications including Microsoft Word Excel Access and PowerPoint.
- Proven accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to adapt to change.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Good listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate alignment to the Vhi Value
