Job Title: Process Specialist Intern

Position Summary:
As a Process Specialist Intern you will assist the Production team in flawlessly carrying out and upkeeping critical processes. This role is crafted to offer you hands-on experience in a collaborative setting that prioritizes quality and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Support equipment and process establishment and validation.
- Generate and approve process documentation.
- Ensure manufacturing operations are effective safe and compliant within the organizational framework.
- Maintain processes in alignment with GMP Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project team members to achieve project goals.
- Implement and support staff training and development programs.
- Troubleshoot and improve manufacturing filling inspection and packaging processes.
- Track improvements and report solutions to key collaborators.
Eh&s:
- Understand and align with emergency procedures and safe systems of work.
- Ensure adherence to environmental health and safety rules signage and instructions.
- Promptly report and investigate all accidents near misses and breaches of rules.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Science or Engineering ideally in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Chemical Engineering.
- Mechanical and software operation knowledge is desirable.
- Proactive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving and task execution.
