Shift: Day Shift 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (MondayFriday)
Duration: 13-week assignment
Hours per Week: 40 hours (MondayFriday 8-hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $42.00 $45.00/hr

Job Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse Dialysisfor an exciting job in The Woodlands TX.

Qualifications:

License: Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or a compact state.
Certifications: BLS required; additional certifications in dialysis or infusion preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Strong IV insertion and management skills
- Knowledge of port access infusion pumps and medication mixing
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
Other: Attention to detail critical thinking and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver safe and effective dialysis care in accordance with facility policies and physician orders.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Establish and monitor vascular access sites including ports and catheters.
Administer prescribed medications and fluids; prepare infusion solutions as required.
Operate and monitor dialysis and infusion equipment safely.
Document all care activities accurately in EPIC EMR.
Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures treatment expectations and post-care management.
Maintain compliance with infection control safety and quality assurance standards.
Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary care coordination.
