Jack Demmer Automotive is currently seeking an enthusiastic sales professional! This position is commission based. Effort equals results.

Responsibilities:
- Spend time with clients to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options.
- Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of Lincoln vehicles and technology and be able to demonstrate the technology to clients.
- Complete quotes and explain financing options.
- Follow up with prospective clients and return email and or voicemails promptly.
- Support on-line customers by setting appointments.
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.
From you:
- Must have a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent listening skills and follow through.
- Sales including inside sales outside sales or retail sales is a plus but not required.
- Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career.
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e. a people person).
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency.
- Very strong Verbal and Written communication
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through.
- Ability to reliably commute to Dearborn MI 48124
- Customer service experience: 1 year (Preferred)
