Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventive Maintenance: Scheduling and performing routine maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing faults repairing equipment malfunctions and replacing defective that machinery systems infrastructure and equipmentrun optimally with minimal downtime. Diagnosing and
• repairing mechanical electrical and hydraulic system failures often involving the replacement of parts or components
• Equipment Installation: Overseeing the installation of new machinery and testing and commissioning specialist components fixtures or fittings.
• Equipment Upgrades and Modifications: Identifying opportunities to improve equipment performance and reliability and implementing modifications or upgrades to existing systems.
• Supervision and Training: Supervising maintenance staff providing training on equipment operation and maintenance procedures and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining records of maintenance activities generating reports and ensuring proper data collection.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring all maintenance activities are conducted safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving complex technical issues related to equipment and systems.

Collaboration: Playing an active role in helping the organization set up and executepreventive maintenancepredictive maintenance or any other preferred maintenance program. Working effectively with other engineers technicians and operators to ensure smooth operations.

Inventory Management: Ensuring adequate stock of spare parts and supplies for maintenance operations.

Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of mechanical electrical and other relevant engineering -Solving and Analytical Skills:Ability to diagnose complex problems and develop effective solutions.

Communication Skills:Ability to communicate effectively with team members supervisors and other stakeholders.

Performing preventative maintenance procedures such as lubrication alignment and calibration.
Troubleshooting and repairing faulty electrical components such as control panels sensors and actuators.
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues such as worn bearings damaged gears and broken shafts.
Fabricating and welding parts as needed for repairs.
Working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to diagnose and troubleshoot automated systems.
